His practice focuses on all matters involving Intellectual Property, Technology, Privacy, Fair Trade, Consumer Protection, and related areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He graduated as a lawyer from Buenos Aires University in 2004 with honors. In 2018, he obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional\/Europe (CIPP\/E) credential from the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals). In 2023 he completed an LL.M. in Business Law at San Andr\u00e9s University.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Before joining Allende &amp; Brea, he served as a Foreign Visiting Attorney in the Data and Technology practice at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (D\u00fcsseldorf, Germany), where he advised German and international clients on data protection, technology, and telecommunications cases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recognized as a leading IP and privacy practitioner in Argentina, Mariano is ranked by Chambers &amp; Partners, Legal 500, Who\u2019s Who Legal, Leaders League and Latin Lawyer 250.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He is an active member of the IAPP, serving as Co-Chair of the Buenos Aires IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter and as member of the IAPP Academic Advisory Board. He is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), The Sedona Conference, the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association, the Argentine Association of Trademark and Patent Agents, and the Latin American Privacy Association (ALAP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mariano is a frequent speaker at both national and international conferences and has authored numerous publications on IP, technology, and privacy.
