He specializes in intellectual and industrial property law. Octavio has advised several companies on the protection of their various intangible assets, such as trademarks, domain names, patents, utility models, industrial models and designs, trade secrets and copyrights. He also provides advice on unfair competition.<\/p>\n
His practice includes litigation in Federal Courts, at the Argentine Trademark Office, at the Argentine Internet Domain Registry, and at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization.<\/p>\n
Since 2008 he has been a professor of “Trademarks and other distinctive signs” and “Patents and other forms of protection of Innovations” at the Master in Intellectual Property of Universidad Austral.<\/p>\n
Since 2013 he has been the Director of the “Industrial and Intellectual Property Supplement” in elDial.com.<\/p>\n
