Marcos joined Allende & Brea in 2011 and became a partner in 2016.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
His practice includes advising local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and contractual matters, dedicating most of his time to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and project finance, with a special focus on energy and infrastructure matters, including renewable energy, nuclear and conventional generation projects and transmission lines.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
He received a law degree from the Austral University in 2004 and an LL.M. degree from the School of Law of the University of Virginia in 2008.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Marcos worked as an International Attorney at the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, advising local and foreign companies on corporate matters and sovereign governments in debt securities offerings.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
