Fernando joined Allende & Brea in 2005 and became a partner in 2019.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
His practice includes advice to local and foreign clients in corporate, contractual and regulatory matters, with a special focus on laboratories and medical device companies, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, divestitures and reorganizations, matters related to the import, deposit and distribution of medicines and medical products, and others related to their daily operations such as license, agency and distribution agreements, public tenders, and all mandatory filings with the National Administration of Drugs, Foods and Medical Devices (ANMAT, for its Spanish acronym) and the Federal and Provincial Ministries of Health.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Fernando worked as a foreign associate at Holland & Knight LLP law firm in Miami between 2012 and 2013.<\/p>\r\n
