Our team has a consolidated track record and a deep knowledge of the regulations both at local and regional level, actively participating in regulatory adaptation projects in Latin America.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We advise local and international companies on the application and interpretation of the Personal Data Protection Law, including the localization of privacy policies, the drafting of assignment, outsourcing and international data transfer agreements, as well as on issues related to digital marketing, commercial reports and the right of access to public information. We also provide assistance in the management of security incidents and conduct compliance audits. We represent and defend our clients before the Public Information Access Agency in investigations and administrative proceedings for alleged non-compliance.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We have extensive experience in advising large technology platforms on compliance with applicable regulations in the development of projects related to new technologies and artificial intelligence.
