On March 27, 2023, Provision No. 2\/2023 of the Undersecretariat of Services and Digital Country belonging to the Secretariat of Public Innovation established the deletion of COVID databases from the \u201cCuid.AR\u201d application, as well as the deactivation of the app.<\/p>\n
The Provision explains that, due to the termination of the initial reasons that encouraged the implementation of the application, it is now necessary to delete the app from the systems and to initiate the corresponding proceedings before the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data of the Data Protection Supervisory Authority in order to delete the mentioned databases involved in the application and to definitively and irreversibly delete the data contained therein, pursuant to Section 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326.<\/p>\n
The databases that will be deleted are 12 (twelve), among which are the mobility certificates. The application will then be deactivated. <\/p>\n
