The Ministry of Justice of the City of Buenos Aires established the “National Comprehensive Program of Artificial Intelligence in Justice”. The program seeks to harness emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to expedite judicial processes, improve access to justice and ensure transparent and efficient management.<\/p>\n
Within the framework of this program, the coordinator must submit an annual plan of activities that includes the following aspects:<\/p>\n
a) Impact assessment through studies and pre-implementation audits in any area of the Ministry or Justice.
\nb) AI implementation projects in different areas of the Ministry and Justice.
\nc) Risk control of the use of AI.
\nd) Training in the Ministry and the Judiciary on ethics in the use of AI.
\ne) Meetings with different social claimants interested in the use of AI.<\/p>\n
This program, with the aim of modernizing and optimizing the judicial system, will focus on the responsible implementation of artificial intelligence in the judicial field, ensuring respect for fundamental rights and promoting equity in access to justice. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
