This initiative was promoted by the Pro Bono Commission of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, and we are happy to have been part of this project since 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The Protocol is a practical tool designed to guide companies and institutions through situations that often raise doubts, providing a consensus-based criteria developed jointly by the public sector, private sector, and NGOs.<\/p>\n<p>As part of our Pro Bono commitment, Allende &amp; Brea assisted in the drafting of the Protocol, its launching and promotion with other NGOs, including Fundaci\u00f3n Socialmente, which supported the initiative and joined us at the Legislature.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to specially thank Gabriela Gamallo, the president of Fundaci\u00f3n Socialmente, and our associate Nicole Dillon for their support of this project.<\/p>\n<p>More than 40 companies are already supporting the Protocol, and this is the first step in a joint effort for real inclusion of persons with disabilities in the workforce.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can access the Protocol brief <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/12yeHKJT7ZCHHBSpUF4J7jmiSJFMUACn2\/view\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you are an NGO and would like to join, click <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSee7YKPSYiKcimikPcagh3J__OJOJ3rrDH99fhoWDp79mjzDw\/viewform\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you represent a company, join via this<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSf00MF7pJIYpgUaCc0_iTU46V_6a--FiC4t8HyK38HHcJmzBg\/viewform\"> link<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At Allende &amp; Brea, we believe that pro bono work is about more than just providing legal help.
