Infrastructure
Allende & Brea has an active infrastructure practice related to both public works and private investments on infrastructure assets, including financing, regulatory matters, tax, environment and arbitration and litigation on construction projects. We advise our clients on the financial, regulatory, tax and environmental aspects of infrastructure and construction projects, including the representation and defense of litigation matters, both before courts and arbitration tribunals. Advising our clients we have had active participation in all types of contracts for the development of infrastructure projects, from the typical local forms to contracts with multilateral lending agencies, and even in some cases with FIDIC models.
