Suspension of deadlines
Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 755/2020 (the “Decree”), in force since September 21, 2020, extends the suspension of administrative deadlines for procedures regulated by National Law on Administrative Procedures No. 19,549, by the Administrative Procedures Regulations, Decree 1759/72 – T.O. 2017, and by other special procedures, from September 21, 2020, to October 11, 2020, inclusive.
Like its predecessors, the Decree empowers the National Public Sector to make any exceptions it deems appropriate to this suspension.
