Our Mining practice includes assistance in:

  • Conducting due diligence processes on mining rights either for acquisition or financing.
  • Preparation and negotiation of contracts for the acquisition or assignment of mining rights, joint ventures, option contracts, earn-in and exploration contracts.
  • Providing advise in relation to relevant easements, and mining related infrastructure.
  • To provide advice in connection with the promotion regime for the mining sector in Argentina.
