Last Tuesday, we held an internal training session on Ethical Behavior and Anti-Corruption, aimed at the firm’s support areas. The session was led by our partner David Gurfinkel and associate Mora Tapia Gómez, who covered both local and international anti-corruption regulations, as well as the firm’s internal policies—with a special focus on the integrity practices we promote.
During the talk, we reviewed key principles, analyzed everyday situations, and reflected on how each of us can help strengthen a culture of integrity through our individual roles. In addition, practical tools were shared to help apply best practices in our daily work and to always act with responsibility and transparency.
