Pedro is a distinguished lawyer specializing in mergers & acquisitions, having worked on cross-border transactions, with private equity funds, and in venture capital matters. He also has extensive experience in maritime and transportation law, both in Argentina and in the region, leading both commercial and dispute-related matters.
