On March 6, 2026, the Labor Modernization Law was published in the Argentina´s Official Gazette. Therefore, the provisions of said law have entered into force as of that date, except for certain specific provisions that provide a different date of effectiveness.
The Labor Modernization Law is the most significant reform of Argentina´s labor laws in the last decades.
