Mr. Guevara Lynch was Managing Partner of Allende & Brea for 9 years and nowadays is Chairman of the firm as well as member of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Department. He advises clients in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to merger and acquisition transactions. His practice focuses on general corporate and governance, commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations and financings.

Mr. Guevara Lynch serves as board member and member of the audit committee of private and public companies and has actively advised foreign investors in establishing, growing, merging and selling more than 2000 businesses in Argentina.

He received a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina in 1995, a Master’s Degree in Law from Duke University in 1999, where he studied general corporate law at the Law School, and finance at the Fuqua School of Business. He served as law clerk to Judge Liliana Filgueira de Casares in the City of Buenos Aires between 1991 and 1996, worked at Cravath Swaine & Moore law firm in New York between 2000 and 2002, joined Allende & Brea in 1996 and became partner in 2003.
