Raul joined Allende & Brea in 2007 and became a partner in 2010.
His practice focuses on estate and tax planning and on general corporate and governance, merger and acquisitions, foreign investments, corporate law and contracts.
He has been recognized as a leading practitioner in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions law by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500 Latin America and Latin Lawyer 250, among others. In relation to his private clients’ practice, the guide High Net Worth 2021 published by Chambers and Partners included Mr. Fratantoni as a leading practitioner in the field in Band 1.
Between June 2001 and March 2007, he worked as an associate for Fox Horan & Camerini LLP law firm, in New York, being admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association, the New York State Bar, and the New York City Bar.
