Cristián joined Allende & Brea in 2003 and became a partner in 2006.
His practice focuses on commercial and business law issues, particularly advising domestic and foreign companies on court and out-of-court debt restructuring, purchase and sale of companies in bankruptcy, resolution of corporate conflicts and issues subject to arbitration proceedings.
He has been recognized as a leading practitioner in Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Bankruptcy law by Chambers & Partners Global, Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500 Latin America and The Best Lawyers in Argentina, among others.
Before joining Allende & Brea, Cristian worked in Argentina’s Justice in Civil Matters between 1989 and 1993, in different commercial practice firms until his reincorporation to the National Judiciary as Secretary in charge of the Secretariat No. 8 of the National Court of First Instance in Commercial Matters No. 4 between 1998 and 2003.
He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
