General Resolution 1086/2025 establishes new dates for the payment of the annual supervision and control fee for VASPs, set at AR$ 10,000,000 (approximately US$ 6,700).
VASPs, whether natural or legal person, whose registration in the VASP Registry is active as of October 15th, 2025, must pay the fee for the year 2025 between November 3rd and 7th, 2025.
Those registering in the Registry after that date must make the payment within five (5) business days following their registration.
Payments must be made exclusively through the National Public Administration Collection System (e-Recauda).
With this measure, the National Securities Commission aims to streamline the compliance of VASPs with supervision and control obligations, providing greater predictability and clarity regarding payment deadlines.
