This week at Allende & Brea, we took another step toward building a more inclusive workplace by organizing internal talks on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
We firmly believe in the importance of creating these spaces for reflection in order to foster a more respectful, comfortable, and inclusive work environment for everyone at our firm.
