Fernando joined Allende & Brea in 2005 and became a partner in 2019.
He specializes in advising local and international clients on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters, with special focus on laboratories and medical products companies, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, transfers of goodwill and reorganizations, as well as on matters related to the importation, storage and distribution of drugs and medical products, and other day-to-day operations such as licensing, agency and distribution agreements, logistics operators, bids with the State, and the relevant proceedings before the National Administration of Drugs, Food and Medical Technology (ANMAT) and National and Provincial Ministries of Health.
Fernando worked as a foreign associate in the Miami office of Holland & Knight LLP between 2012 and 2013, focusing his practice on corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions in Latin America.
He is recognized by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Partner”.
He is a member of the Federal Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
