Marcos joined Allende & Brea in 2011 and became a partner in 2016.

His practice includes advising local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and contractual matters, dedicating most of his time to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and project finance, with a special focus on energy and infrastructure matters, including renewable energy, nuclear and conventional generation projects and transmission lines.

He received a law degree from the Universidad Austral in 2004 and an LL.M. degree from the School of Law of the University of Virginia in 2008.

Marcos worked as an International Attorney at the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, advising local and foreign companies on corporate matters and sovereign governments in debt securities offerings.

He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association (Section of Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure).
