Pedro is partner in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Transportation, Maritime, and Aviation practice areas at Allende & Brea.
He joined Allende & Brea as a Partner in 2025.
His Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice includes a broad range of matters, including, general corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions (national and cross borders), foreign investment, private equity matters, corporate finance transactions and venture capital transactions, among others. He has almost 20 years of transactional experience.
Pedro has been recognized in the shipping industry for advising important players, including shipping and logistic companies and finance institutions. He regularly advises companies acting in the cabotage traffic, as in the shipping international market. He has vast experience rendering services for Argentina as on regional matters.
He has been cited and ranked by different rankings, including The Legal 500, Leaders League and TTR, on the following practices: Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions; Private Equity; Start Ups and Venture Capital; and International Commerce, for his experience in Transportation and Maritime Law. In 2011 he completed a Master of Laws (LL.M) from University of Pennsylvania, having completed also a business certificate from Wharton Business School in 2011. In 2019 he completed a postgraduate degree in maritime and aviation law from Universidad de Buenos Aires. He finished law school in 2007, graduating from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (with an exchange program at the Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona).
