Mr. Guevara Lynch is the Managing Partner of Allende & Brea and member of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Department. He advises clients in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to mergers and acquisition transactions. His practice focuses on general corporate and governance, commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations and financings.

Mr. Guevara Lynch serves as board member and member of the audit committee of private and public companies and has actively advised foreign investors in establishing, and growing, merging and selling their businesses in Argentina.

He received a law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1995, a Masters in Laws from Duke University in 1999 where he studied general corporate law at the Law School, and finance at the Fuqua School of Business. He served as law clerk to Judge Liliana Filgueira de Casares in the City of Buenos Aires between 1991 and 1996, worked at the law firm Cravath Swaine & Moore in New York between 2000 and 2002, joined Allende & Brea in 1996 and became partner in 2003.
