On Wednesday, September 24, a Protocol for Hiring Persons with Disabilities was presented at the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires. This initiative was promoted by the Pro Bono Commission of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, and we are happy to have been part of this project since 2023.
The Protocol is a practical tool designed to guide companies and institutions through situations that often raise doubts, providing a consensus-based criteria developed jointly by the public sector, private sector, and NGOs.
As part of our Pro Bono commitment, Allende & Brea assisted in the drafting of the Protocol, its launching and promotion with other NGOs, including Fundación Socialmente, which supported the initiative and joined us at the Legislature.
We would like to specially thank Gabriela Gamallo, the president of Fundación Socialmente, and our associate Nicole Dillon for their support of this project.
More than 40 companies are already supporting the Protocol, and this is the first step in a joint effort for real inclusion of persons with disabilities in the workforce.

At Allende & Brea, we believe that pro bono work is about more than just providing legal help. It’s also about creating networks that expand rights and change realities.
