Juan Manuel Sarrabayrouse is a Criminal Law Specialist
He has advised and represented local and international clients in economic, customs and foreign exchange criminal investigations, as well as in matters related to cybercrime.
He has been involved in judicial proceedings and administrative enforcement actions before regulatory bodies in matters concerning foreign trade, the foreign exchange regime, the financial system and capital markets.
He has participated in the analysis and defense of complex cases related to cyber fraud, economic crimes and corporate criminal liability, acting as legal counsel in matters of institutional relevance, both in judicial and administrative proceedings.
He participated as a collaborator of the Commission for the Reform of the Argentine Criminal Code (Decree No. 103/2017), taking part in the drafting of the chapter on Foreign Exchange Offenses.
He is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal), the San Isidro Bar Association, the Buenos Aires Bar Association, the Argentine Institute of Customs Law Studies, the Argentine Association of Tax Studies and the Bank Lawyers Committee.
