Infrastructure
Allende & Brea has an active infrastructure practice related to both public works and private investments on infrastructure projects. We advise our clients on the financial, regulatory, contractual, tax and environmental aspects of infrastructure and construction projects, including the representation and defense of litigation matters, both before courts and arbitration courts. Advising our clients we have had active participation in all types of contracts for the development of infrastructure projects, from the typical local forms to contracts with multilateral credit agencies, and even in some cases with FIDIC models.
