Lucas joined Allende & Brea in 2012, after having worked for 10 years at Cárdenas Di Ció, Romero y Tarsitano.
He specializes in labor law. He has advised several companies on collective labor law matters, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, handling crisis prevention procedures and facing several conflicts with labor unions. Likewise, in individual law he has experience in handling judicial proceedings in the City of Buenos Aires, the Province of Buenos Aires and other provinces of Argentina, both for dismissals and claims for occupational accidents and illnesses. He advises several companies of different industries regarding the application of local regulations, has participated in several due diligences, and has accompanied companies in their day-to-day advice.
He has been named leading professional in Labor Law by internationally recognized publications such as Chambers Latin America, and The Legal 500 Latin America.
He has completed several postgraduate courses and a specialization in Labor Law at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. He has published numerous articles in national and international legal magazines, and collaborates with different press media in the consultation of articles related to labor issues. He is a regular professor at Universidad Austral and a guest professor at the University of San Andrés.
He is a member of the Argentine Association of Labor and Social Security Law, the Bar Association of the Federal Capital and the Bar Association of La Plata.
