At Allende & Brea we are committed to have an inclusive culture and work environment offering our people the opportunity and support to succeed. Diversity Baseline

By means of interviews with our professionals and a mentorship program in which partners and associates participate, we understand and are constantly updating our weaknesses and strengths in terms of diversity and inclusion.

In addition and in connection with gender diversity, we participate in different forums and organizations that foster and promote these issues, eg. International Women Forum, Women Corporate Directors, Women in Mining, among the main ones.

We have a specific maternity policy in place which intends to provide flexibility and working alternatives for lawyers.

Open Channels

Our mentorship program and culture of open communication, enable our professionals to channel any situation which might be understood as a diversity barrier towards success. In the case of gender equality we are committed to making all genders feel supported in balancing their responsibilities inside and outside of the workplace. Although we understand that a general framework is necessary towards such end, we are convinced that the foundation of a diverse and inclusive workspace is an open communication. As a result, we foster our people to connect, collaborate, and lead to create a global inclusive and collaborative culture.

Attraction and Retention of Talent

We recruit and retain top talent from a diverse range of people ensuring the selection process is free from any conscious or unconscious bias so as to make the fairest and best selection decisions. Our lawyers have graduated from different universities all throughout the country.

Innovation

We innovate in our work and for our clients through the contribution of diverse perspectives and viewpoints. In this regard, we ensure that every professional develops in an environment of psychological safety that fosters the suggestion of new ideas and insights. We have an Innovation Group composed of partners, associates and other professionals within the firm which meet weekly to improve the ways we do things in an innovative way. This positively impacts the way we provide services to our clients and improves our internal working relationship.
