She obtained her law degree from the “Universidad Católica Argentina” in 1977. She has been a partner of the firm from 1992 to 2018 and now she serves as a special counsel expert in corporate law, capital markets, acquisitions, and business reorganization of business companies, restructuring, family businesses, telecommunications and broadcasting.
She played an active role in the privatization of State-owned companies, especially in the telecommunications sector.
She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and of the Pro Bono Lawyers Association.
She is ex professor of commercial law at the “Universidad Católica Argentina”.
She has been cited as a leading practitioner in Media and Telecommunications, Securities and Capital Markets law by, among others, Latin Lawyer 250.
