Paula joined Allende & Brea in 2015 where she is an associate in the areas of Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.
She specializes in commercial business and corporate law. Her usual practice includes commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, land and real estate transactions and commercial matters in general.
Paula has been certified as an International Compliance Practitioner by the International Federation of Compliance Associations.
She has experience in designing and implementing compliance programs in both domestic and foreign companies’ subsidiaries of different industry sectors, and development of procurement policies with vendors according to the standards of compliance with their internal Code of Conduct, FCPA and Argentine legislation. She has also experience in conducting third party due diligence and due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions working side by side with foreign top tier firms in multijurisdictional matters.
She is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and of the Argentine Ethics and Compliance Association.
