Gonzalo joined Allende & Brea in 2016. His main practice area is corporate law. He has advised different kinds of companies, both national and international, on reorganizations, company sales and day-to-day corporate matters, among others. His practice also involves the development of new businesses.
Gonzalo is in charge of coordinating the company law department in Allende & Brea.
In 2017 he organized and promoted a trade mission for the Mayor of the City of Orlando, Florida and authorities of the Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the City of Buenos Aires. In gratitude for the duties he performed, March 28, 2017 was declared “Mr. Gonzalo A. Gándara’s Day” by the Mayor of Orlando.
Gonzalo organized several seminars on Business Development events both in Argentina and the United States.
He is cofounder of an Alliance of law firms across the American continent, made up of prestigious firms from Brazil, Costa Rica, the USA, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, and Uruguay.
During 2020 and 2023 he worked as a Law Clerk in the Orlando Office of the law firm Burr & Forman, where he was part of the Corporate Law & Tax, Real Estate, and Business Development Practice Groups.
Before joining Allende & Brea he had worked for the law firms Díaz Bobillo, Richard & Sigwald, and del Carril, Colombres, Vayo & Zavalía Lagos.
He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and of the State Bar of Texas.
